The Storyteller
Kaitlin Dugdale is a filmmaker and storyteller driven by a singular purpose: to create stories that point people to Jesus above all else. Her work is rooted in a desire to make truth felt, not just heard—crafting films and narratives that feel lived-in and visually authentic, drawing audiences into immersive worlds where every frame carries weight. She believes that when a story feels real, its message lingers longer, echoing beyond the screen and page.
Inspired by Biblical themes and narratives, as well as the vast imaginative landscapes of fantasy and sci-fi, Kaitlin weaves stories that explore the tension between light and darkness, brokenness and redemption. Her storytelling leans into contrast—the quiet glow of hope against overwhelming shadow, the beauty that emerges from pain. Whether grounded in history or imagined worlds, her films and stories seek to reveal a deeper truth: that even in the most challenging and painful situations, the quiet, transformative power of faith can make all the difference.
At the heart of her work is a longing to remind audiences that hope is never truly lost. Through layered, emotionally resonant storytelling, she invites viewers to see beyond what is visible and encounter something eternal.
When she’s not developing her next tale, you can usually find her on the stage, her nose buried in a good book, or spending time with her six spoiled cats.
